Resumes, biographies, personal profiles, professional skills, experience and knowledge and any other related information that are vital to a models career. Proof of citizenship, nationality, a passport and all other relevant information if you are a resident of the United Kingdom. You do not necessarily have to be a citizen or resident of the United Kingdom to work with Nubian World Models and if you are not a citizen or resident then you must apply for a work permit and must have an up to date passport and visa to work in the United Kingdom. Also if the United Kingdom is not your place of birth and you are not a citizen please provide proof of your place of birth, nationality, national origin, ethnic origin, country of residence, passport and any other relevant information. All registered models, whether you are citizens of the United Kingdom or residents of another country must have up to date passports, international visas and work permits in order to work anywhere in the world if you choose to work on a global scale. Nubian World Models keeps these measures in place for business reasons and also that relevant national and international laws are not breached with regards to travelling and working globally.

EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS

Employment contracts will be drawn up for registered models when they win assignments and long term contracts and for any other permanent and temporary employees when employed by Nubian World Models according to the terms and conditions of UK employment and the modelling industry.

DATABASE, WEBSITE AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

Nubian World Models hold a database of personal and professional information about employees, registered models and registered clients for use only by Nubian World Models. Nubian World Models will not reveal any information that is on Nubian World Models database about employees, registered models or registered clients to anyone without written consent and this includes revealing information to any other professionals in the industry and members of the public as this is a breach of personal and professional security which is extremely important to Nubian World Models as a professional business. All information about employees, registered models and registered clients with any image and text files on the database, websites and hard copy and format types with associated logos owned by Nubian World Models is ©Copyright Nubian World Models. Employees, registered models and registered clients can request to delete all their records that include any images or text on the database or on Nubian World Models website and any other websites owned by Nubian World Models at any time that they do not require services by Nubian World Models or are not a part of Nubian World Models or no longer employed by Nubian World Models as Nubian World Models will delete all image, text files and records from all related systems with prior notice. All hard copy and other format types will be removed from business related areas and locked in secure storage away from any public view. In the event of any future business being generated by Nubian World Models where this may involve former registered models and images and text are requested for any projects, contracts or assignments the former registered model will be notified and given details about the work before any contacts are made or any business takes place. Based on the models decision on whether they want be involved in any projects, assignments or contracts will determine whether any business will take place as the former registered model will be subject to any payments for any work they do if they decide to go ahead with any projects, assignments or contracts on behalf of Nubian World Models. But in the event that they decline the work their files will remain in a locked secured facility as where all former registered models files are stored and Nubian World Models will then select another model for the project, assignment or contract. Former registered clients and former employees of Nubian World Models who have had their image, text files and records deleted and removed from Nubian World Models Database, www.nubianworldmodels.co.uk, any other websites and related systems that includes hard copy formats owned by Nubian World Models will be archived and locked in a secure area away from public view according to the Data Protection Act 1998, Electronic Communications Act 2000 and any other related laws that protect their personal and professional security.
